Full-time - (In-house)
We are looking for a highly organized multitasker to handle administrative tasks for the office and the executive team/owners. We need someone who can anticipate needs and provide solutions. In this position, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment for a company working in a rapidly evolving market. The ability to multitask with extreme efficiency and a smile/can-do attitude is a must.
2-3 years of office management, progressive administrative and/or office experience
Customer service; you are the first point of contact for our potential and current clients, and are responsible for front desk duties/answering phones
Data entry systems and the ability to compose proposals
Comfortable using Google Drive, Adobe, Microsoft products, Project management tools, HubSpot experience is a plus
Experience with accounts receivable and light accounting duties
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Effective organizational, planning, and eye for details
Great time-management skills while maintaining the flexibility required to handle changing priorities in a fast-moving industry
Ability to problem solve if not given all the information needed to complete a task
Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities in a fast-paced environment
AA degree/College degree preferred
Work Hours & Benefits:
