We’re expanding our team by adding another Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support our growing roster of clients. As a Campaign Manager, you’ll create ad campaigns, focused on achieving client marketing goals and growing their business, as measured by strategic KPIs. The Campaign Manager is critical to our business, as they facilitate and fulfill the day-to-day work that needs to be accomplished for our clients to be successful. We need a confident person to make educated recommendations and decisions in the campaign creation process to help our clients produce their expected results.

 

The Campaign Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing successful ad campaigns, by purchasing ads, delegating tasks, overseeing other departments’ roles in campaign success, conducting monthly analytic reporting, and providing high-quality, results-focused client support. A successful Campaign Manager strives to consistently exceed clients’ goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns, along with other platforms as needed

  • Direct high level campaign and analytics management, executing strategies to reduce CPC, CPA, and CPM for client accounts

  • Quality control and ongoing maintenance & budgeting of Ads

  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their monthly goals/objectives

  • Communicate and collaborate with the Accounts Team making sure they have what they need to be prepared for client meetings

  • Help direct the Design Team for creative content relevant to Ad campaigns

  • Purchase Ads and accurately utilize monthly marketing budgets

  • Collaborate with team members and use company resources for best results 

  • Manage multiple client budgets at the same time

  • Generate and analyze monthly reports, and confidently review results with client, giving guidance and suggestions as necessary

  • Provide upsell opportunities to the Sales team for exploration and follow up

  • Facilitate and work closely with the Software Development & Design Teams to advocate for the client and relay requests

  • Follow outlined procedures and quickly adapt to new processes

  • Market research, Targeted Campaigns, Retargeting and A/B Testing

  • Perform other responsibilities as needed - we’re growing quickly and the scope of the role may change over time
     

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in digital advertising and ad buying

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Self-motivated, driven person

  • Experience managing large scale paid campaigns

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work within a team, but also independently

  • Experience working with account teams as well as working alongside clients

  • Facebook Business Manager/ Ad Manager experience required

  • Facebook Blueprint Certification and Google Ad Certification a plus

  • Experience with programmatic and social advertising preferred

  • Flexibility in day-to-day responsibilities and willingness to pivot and re-prioritize workload as necessary
