Digital Advertising Campaign Specialist

We are currently looking for a driven, independent, and organized Campaign Specialist to manage client relationships while developing and creating Ad campaigns, focused on achieving client metrics and growing their business. This role is critical to our business, as they facilitate and fulfill the day-to-day work that needs to be accomplished for our clients to be successful. We need a confident person to lead our clients and produce the expected results.

The Campaign Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing successful ad campaigns, purchasing ads, delegating tasks, overseeing other departments roles in campaign success, conducting monthly analytic reporting, and providing high quality, results-focused client support. Success of the role is measured by whether we exceed our clients' goals. We want to be measured by results, not statistics.


  • Create and Manage Google and Facebook Ads, along with other platforms as needed

  • Quality Control and ongoing maintenance & budgeting of Ads

  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their monthly goals/objectives

  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and direct clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis

  • Help direct content relevant to Ad campaigns

  • Purchase Ads and accurately utilize monthly marketing budgets

  • Facilitate with team members for best results and use company resources

  • Manage multiple client budges at the same time

  • Generate and Analyze monthly reports, and confidently review results with client, giving guidance and suggestions as necessary

  • Upselling/adding on of services

  • Facilitate and work closely with the Dev & Design teams to advocate for the client and relay request

  • Follow outlined procedures and quickly adapt to new processes

  • Market research, Targeted Campaigns, Retargeting and A/B Testing


  • Proven experience as Digital Advertising/Marketing Executive or similar role

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Self-motivated, driven person

  • Experience managing large scale paid campaigns

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work within a team, but also independently

  • Proven success managing and developing successful client relationships

  • Facebook Business Manager/ Ad Manager experience required

  • Facebook Blueprint Certification and Google Ad Certification is preferred
